That depends on which seminar you choose:
In the beginner’s workshop (4 hours), you will learn the basics of de-escalating communication – including initial theoretical insights.
In the full-day seminar we will delve deeper. You will get to know initial mediation techniques and can try them out directly.
In the 2-day seminar, we will focus on difficult conversation situations, how you can de-escalate them, and how you can learn to apply and understand practical methods in a targeted manner.
Important: In all cases, after the seminar, you are not yet a certified mediator. German law requires training with over 100 hours of practice and several independently conducted cases for this.
