Value-oriented action with impact.

My goal: To create added value – for people, the environment and companies.

Value-driven action and continuous improvement are the principles that guide me. In doing so, I strive to generate as many multiplier effects as possible and make an ongoing contribution to creating positive momentum—while learning something new every day.

In keeping with Karl Popper’s philosophy, I attempt to approach the truth—or, in my case, a sustainable economic model—step by step through an iterative process.

Responsibility as an opportunity – Achieving impact together

Every decision leaves a mark—especially in entrepreneurship. That is why I invest 10% of my profits in projects with a social impact, actively helping to shape positive change. These funds go transparently and openly into the “Mediation Theresa Vormbaum Foundation.”

Projects are selected annually in collaboration with an independent committee of experts. The focus is on initiatives that are meditative, strengthen democracy, and foster connection—entirely in keeping with the spirit of my work.

Sustainability in practice – A pragmatic approach

As a service provider, I keep my resource consumption as low as possible—yet I do use technology, electricity, and social media. This has environmental impacts. Thanks to my studies and experience in the field of sustainability, I know that a calculation based solely on CO₂ often falls short. Each environmental factor—water consumption, energy, materials—has a different impact.

That is why I opt for a pragmatic approach:

  • Do I really need this?
  • Are there more sustainable alternatives?
  • What puts the greatest strain on the environment – and how can I reduce it?

I view trends critically: just because something sounds “green” doesn’t automatically make it better. For me, durability, repairability, and real-world impact are the decisive factors. If writing by hand on paper is beneficial—because it engages different neural pathways in the brain—then the guiding question for me is always: what is best for my clients and for conflict resolution?

Conflicts cost

Workplace conflicts and dissatisfaction can impose significant financial burdens on companies, as team dissatisfaction leads to turnover and a loss of productivity. Scientific studies have identified various cost factors relevant in this context:

0 %

Time wasters

of working time goes into conflict resolution. Managers spend up to 50% of their week on this.

Almost every second.

of all absences are conflict-related. A case of bullying costs an average of €60,000.
0 %
of the annual salary is the average cost of each staff turnover.

up to

0 k €

can cause annually in projects that have failed due to conflicts.

I support in recognizing conflicts early, communicating clearly and developing sustainable solutions – especially in times of change.
