Cycle-based work – a new approach to energy, structure and self-care in the workplace
Developing good solutions is not just about how we treat others –
but also how we treat ourselves. How we deal with our own energy,
perceive our resources and take our needs seriously.
For us, that is the core of our approach: cycle-based work.
Being mindful of yourself does not mean being less efficient – on the
contrary. Those who know and respect their own energy phases can work more sustainably,
more focused and healthier in the long term. Knowing your own strength is
Empowerment.
When we met, we stumbled – unintentionally – upon the topic of
cycle-based work. Intrigued, we started
experimenting with it ourselves. And we were surprised at how much changes
when you no longer ignore your own cycle, but actively integrate it into the planning
of everyday work.
After more than a year of intensive research, many discussions with other experts and the study of numerous scientific publications, a holistic heart topic workshop has emerged. Our goal: to make knowledge accessible without taboos, knowledge that has so far been too little disseminated – and at the same time to provide concrete, everyday tools so that sovereign decisions become possible.
Who is the event aimed at?
Our seminar is aimed at working women and men as well as managers and companies who want to support their employees in their self-efficacy and health. We combine sound scientific findings with pragmatic tools, individual reflection impulses and practical examples. No “blah blah”, but lived science, comprehensibly prepared and concretely applicable.
We consider the topic from multiple perspectives on these levels:
- Physiological: What happens in the body in the individual phases of the cycle? How do hormone levels change and what does this mean for our energy, our thinking, our resilience?
- Work organization: How can you organize your own everyday work so that it is in harmony with the cycle phases? Which tasks are suitable for which phase? How can you strategically time meetings, creative processes or breaks?
- Mental health & self-perception: What superpower is in which phase? How do I recognize early warning signs of overload? How can I deal with myself more empathically – without losing productivity?
- Lifestyle & Self-Care: What does cyclical living mean for nutrition, sport and regeneration? What small changes in everyday life can have a big impact?
- Models & Tools: From the inner seasons model to practical tracking methods – we present different approaches with which you can get to know your cycle better and use it actively.
Cycle-based working is more than just a method – it’s an invitation to take yourself seriously.
It means taking responsibility: for your own health, your energy, and the way you shape your life.
In a working world still too often driven by linear performance logic, we want to show that there is another way – a better one.
Our workshop is a labor of love that brings together science, lived experience, and genuine passion.
