How I work

The A.L.I.G.N. process for conflict resolution

Mediation is more than mediation – it is a path to mutual understanding, clarity and sustainable decisions. My A.L.I.G.N. process creates the space for this.

At the beginning of my presentation is the central question: What is our common goal? Only those who have clarity about the direction can take the right course.

In my presentations, we focus on the essential topics – structured, comprehensible, and practical. This is how we create the basis for real solutions.

Different points of view are not an obstacle, but a resource. By including different perspectives, I strengthen the common understanding in my presentations and open the way for sustainable changes.

Every conflict holds the chance for new paths. My presentations provide impulses on how challenges can be transformed into constructive solutions.

At the end of my presentations, it is about initiating clear decisions, defining next steps, and actively supporting the implementation – so that impulses have a lasting effect.

My impulse presentation is about making mediation a new and relatable experience.
I talk about how we can better communicate with each other in organizations, teams, and even in our private lives, recognize misunderstandings early on, and resolve tensions before they escalate.
This is not about reconciliation or harmony, but about genuine clarity, connection, and development.
The presentation shows how communication can become a tool for collaboration, which not only resolves conflicts but also strengthens creativity and trust.

While my impulse presentation is compact and practical, encouraging reflection, a keynote is the big stage for inspiration and change.
Here, with a dramaturgical structure, real stories, and emotional depth, I develop an experiential arc of suspense that touches people and at the same time provides concrete impulses.

A keynote is particularly suitable for conferences, leadership days, cultural change events, or as a kick-off for larger change processes.
It works – not because it is loud, but because it is honest, deep, and alive.

Typically, a presentation lasts between 20 and 45 minutes, depending on the occasion and request.
It can be ideally integrated into team days, conferences, internal events, or leadership formats – also with a subsequent Q or mini-interaction if more depth is desired. But it can be customized individually.

An impulse presentation is shorter, more pointed, and focused on initiating a new thought or opening a perspective. It is often interactive, personal, and invites reflection.

A keynote is usually longer, more dramaturgical, and has a “stage effect” – it relies more on big pictures and impact.

In my presentation, I like to work with real stories, practical examples, and a tone that is direct and relatable – so that the content really connects.
