The A.L.I.G.N. process for conflict resolution

Mediation is more than mediation – it is a path to mutual understanding, clarity and sustainable decisions. My A.L.I.G.N. process creates the space for this.

Define the main challenge, problem, or teamwork obstacle. This could be a specific task that failed, recurring communication problems, or underlying collaboration patterns.

Identify and review the most important themes: recurring misunderstandings, missing alignment, or best practices worth strengthening.

Bring together different viewpoints from the team. By integrating perspectives, you build shared goals, stronger alignment, and mutual understanding.
